• you have a business but need financing to expand
• you have a business but are dissatisfied with the direction it has taken
• you want your business to grow more
• you are just preparing to start a business
• you are preparing to launch a new product or enter new markets
• you want to operate you business in a more organized way

When: No workshops are scheduled at this time. (seven weeks)
Time: 7:00 PM for approximately 2 hours per session
Location: Cost: $389

Enrollment is limited to ten participants (at least four are needed to run the workshop).

The workshop will include:

• one additional private session to review your completed plan or discuss issues
• explanation and discussion of one or more aspects of the business plan at each session
• a weekly assignment that relates to the session and leads toward completion of the plan
• ample opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues
• textbook included
• weekly class notes posted on-line
• telephone support if you hit a snag
